Lamb and mint are a classic flavour combination in these quick and easy sausages. Experiment with different meats and herbs until you find your perfect sausage!
Ingredients

450g/1lb lamb mince

450g/1lb beef mince

1½ tbsp honey

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

30g/1oz breadcrumbs

3 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary

1 free-range egg

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

oil, for frying
Preparation method
- Place all the ingredients except the oil in a large bowl and mix well with clean hands. Shape the mixture into about eight sausages.
- Heat the oil in a wide pan and gently fry the sausages for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through.
